Terms Of Service

GENERAL- Commissioning me means the commissioner accepts all terms and conditions.
- I do have the right to accept/decline the commission.
- Wip of any art commission may be posted or streamed on my social media. Please mention if you don't want your commission to be posted !
- I will notice you when I start working on your commission.
- Always feel free to ask for an update.✧PAYMENTS & REFUNDS- Payment can be through Vgen, Paypal or Kofi
- 100% Payment upfront before I start working on your request.
- Once I've started working on your commission, you can't ask for a refund anymore.✧REFERENCES & REVISIONS- You must provide concise references of your request, details you forgot to send will be counted as revisions.
- I can make up to two major and five minor modifications for free to the sketch and three minor modifications for free to the base color ( additional revision: +2€ ).
- After validation of the sketch, I will ask for additional fees for changes at line (same for shade and background).
- Major edits: changing the pose, altering the composition.
- Minor edits: adjusting colors, changing facial expressions.✧DEADLINES- Work duration : around 1/2 month per work (depending on complexity).
I tend to be a slow artist as I work both on commissions, personal projects and studies. Please keep it in mind when ordering.
- If it is for a special day please specify it in the order (if it is less than 2 weeks for one drawing, I will add extra fees).✧PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE- Base price only includes personal use.
- Commercial use (including streaming, covers, content use) will cost additional fees if they are monetized.
- Commercial use (including merchandising, selling, printing) will cost twice the overall price.✧OWNERSHIP & DELIVERY- Always give credit to me ( @chachamei_art ) as the creator.
- Finished commissions might be added to my portfolio and posted on social media (with watermark and credit).
- If you want a private commission I might ask for privacy fees, please inform me beforehand.- I will send the original artwork without the watermark to you only.
- PNG files will be send through drives.
- You may reupload the finished commission or use them as photo profiles, and personal banners with proper credit. (I don't mind being tagged on my social media~).
- I do not allow my art to be sold as NFT.
- I do not allow my art to be used to train AI.✧COMMUNICATIONFeel free to contact me
I usually answer submissions to the form within 24 hours or 2-3 days max.
